The story behind the scenes...

Grant and Janine grew up in a small NSW country town called Ashford near the Queensland border. After both finishing high school they decided to move to Toowoomba and start their careers.  They both enjoyed the Real Estate industry and always had a keen interest in one day owning their own business. When the opportunity became available in October 2008 they both took it with both hands and have not since looked back.

Grant is an owner/ partner in Fastrack and a qualified Property Manager. He comes from an automotive back ground with 10 years as a motor vehicle mechanic. Grant’s role is to ensure the day to day running of the business is smooth as well as managing all of the physical aspects of the property including prospective tenant viewings, routine inspections, entry and exit report.

Janine is also an owner/ partner in Fastrack. She has a background in Retail, Hospitality and has been  a Property Manager for four years. Janine’s role is to handle all administrative aspects of property management including lease renewals, maintenance, arrears, advertising and accounts.

As a Team

Flexibility is what they offer as a team. Grant & Janine join forces to cover all aspects of running the business and focusing on each and every property with a “hands on” approach. From the simple tasks to rent receipting to assuring a quality applicant is found for the property and in addition for rent appraisals but also are heavily involved with negotiation between tenants and landlords. Offering support for landlords and tenants alike is a huge drive for them. Together they also guarantee what they say is followed through and that their clients are experiencing the best service possible.
