Applying to rent a property

Submitting an application is the first step for applying to rent a property from Fastrack. Once an application has been submitted the applicant will receive notification from our office within a 24 hour time frame of the outcome of the application.
 
Please follow the below instructions for submitting an application:

1. Each individual over the age of 18 must submit an application
2. 100 points of identification must be submitted with the application. Originals need to be sighted if submitted electronically upon approval.
3. All sections of the application must be completed

To speed up the application process print off and complete the below application form and take it along to the property viewing, give it to the property manager and you will have a head start above other applicants.

Please contact our office to arrange a viewing of any of our available properties. Flexible viewing times are available, if you work fulltime ask for an after hours appointment time.
Please do not enter the ground of any property advertised for rent unless accompanied by a Fastrack representative.

The following steps will be guided by Fastrack and you should be aware of the processes involved. Read on to find out what happens once your application has been successful.

• Arranging a lease signing appointment. All lease holders must be present at the lease signing appointment.
• Before the start date of the lease a bond (equal to 4x the weekly rent) and two weeks' rent are required to be paid.
• Connecting the utilities to the property, this may be as simple as signing with Direct Connect, a free service provided to tenants - ask Fastrack for more information.
• A key collection appointment scheduled with your property manager.
