Property Inspections

Every 13 weeks a routine inspection is conducted at the property. We provide you with a written report with a minimum of 5 photos attached of the property internally and externally and report any maintenance issues or preventative steps to worn off costly maintenance in the future. You are welcome to attend the scheduled routine inspections too.

You Choose - Frequency of Owner Payment

Weekly, fortnightly, monthly - you choose when you would like the cleared rental funds deposited into your bank account. Our tenants pay rent on a weekly basis, why shouldn't you receive the funds as soon as we do? At Fastrack, we cater for all types of investors and YES providing weekly disbursements lets you check if the tenant has paid the rent too!

Easy access to documentation

An Online Filing System that enables us do your filing for you and your accountant! This system is web based and all relative documents for your property are uploaded for viewing on our website. Whenever you need to access information or where ever you may be, this system offers ease of access to the documents. Regular information uploaded include Monthly Statements, General Tenancy Agreement, Routine Reports etc. Imagine all paperwork in the one place, altogether, saved with the ability for you to print, save to your desktop or to simply view online. Simple to log in and navigate! Donât forget if paper and Australia Post is your preferred method we provide that format also, at no additional cost.

Securing an A1 Tenant

When it comes time to finding a new tenant the way the property is presented as well as marketing needs to be spot on. Fastrack is proud of the properties they manage and finding the right tenant for the property is vital. Promoting the property with as many photos as possible plus an acurate full description of the property is a must. Care is taken when listing a property for rent as the aim is to secure the best tenant in the shortest time for the highest rent. Places will list property for rent, realestate.com, our website, for rent sign, office window card, other sales only offices in the local area - with minimum, to no expense for the landlords, even better!
